Simply log into Property Meld by clicking the button to the left. Fill out the Maintenance Request Form and we will open a work order and address your maintenance issue as needed. An automated system will begin communicating with both vendor and yourself to start the scheduling process. Please provide the vendor with as much opportunity to meet with you as possible, in order to expedite the appointments. If this is an after hours emergency (eg: flooding, break in or similar), please call (281) 894-8659.and press (1).

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you. Please read your lease agreement for complete details on responsibility for repairs.
